How to Order

Products can be ordered via online shop at our website. For each order, customers shall  agree to the existing valid terms and conditions.
All our coffee beans are freshly roasted upon order confirmed and payment received, and are to be delivered in whole beans. Should you need the coffee beans to be ground, you must specify when you place order.


Prices for products sold can be found in the product page in our website. Prices do not include shipping costs.

For bulk purchase (e.g. More than 500g of single item), please contact us for quotation.

Order Confirmation

We will notify you via emails with order confirmation after we have received order with required information.
Cancellation is not allowed once order is confirmed.


The payment for products and shipping costs should be made in full via online or offline fund transfer to our bank account as below:

You are requested to send us a copy of payment slip for us to process your order.
Kindly reply the order confirmation email with the payment slip attachment.
Payment made is not refundable.

Shipping Method & Costs

Shipping charges include postage of products and packaging costs. We ship our products using courier service at RM6.00 for delivery within Malaysia.

We currently do not have international shipping.


Coffee beans will be roasted after we have received your payment.
A notice will be posted on our website or sent by email in the case of any delays in deliveries e.g. festive seasons.

Damaged & Return of Goods

In the case of delivery of specified order is damaged, customer must notify us immediately, and must be no later than 7 days of receiving the products.
If a product has to be returned, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will guide you through the rest of the return process.
