品質優異的精品咖啡因種植產區獨有的氣候和土質，
在咖啡農悉心照料下，加上後期的生豆處理，
造就其獨特的「地域風味」。
咖啡烘焙在很大的程度上，
會決定咖啡的風味表現。
我們針對各個豆子的特性進行烘焙，
將咖啡優美的酸質、甜感和獨有的風味帶出來。
為了確保咖啡的新鮮度，我們堅持訂單後烘焙，
讓客人可以品嚐到咖啡的最佳風味表現。
Specialty coffee provides fascinating sensory indulgence experience.
Good quality in coffee is affected by the terroir of the coffee farm, the processing methods and roasting.
We roast our coffees to highlight their distinctive sensory characteristics, to bring out each coffee’s flavour uniqueness.
We insist on roasting on demand to ensure freshness and quality for optimum enjoyability.
