    下午茶時喜歡喝黑咖啡,提一提神,放鬆心情。

    搭配健康又美味的元氣餅, 不只是口感上的享受,也有飽足感。

    加入了亞麻種子、麥麩和燕麥麩的高纖維元氣餅, 不會因為空腹喝黑咖啡而感到不舒服。

    除此之外, 元氣餅也有豐富的Omega-3脂肪酸(Omega-3 fatty acids),維生素B 群和礦物質喔。

    It’s always good to pair black coffee with healthy snacks. 

    The‘genki cookie’is both delicious and nutritious, with its high fiber ingredients of ground flax seeds, wheat bran and oat bran, ensuring you will not feel stomach discomfort when consuming coffee.

    麵粉/ Pastry Flour

    糖蜜/ Molasses

    麥麩/ Wheat Bran

    25 g

     

    鹽/ Salt

    ¼ teaspoon

    燕麥麩/ Oat bran

    25 g

     

    蛋/ Eggs

    細磨亞麻種子/ Ground Flax Seeds

    35 g

     

    牛奶/ Milk

    10 ml

    巧克力粒/ Chocolate Chips

    35 g

     
      1. 把麵粉和泡打粉過篩。

    1. Sift flour and baking powder.

      2. 打發奶油、糖和鹽。 慢慢把蛋和牛奶加入拌均。

    2. Cream butter, sugar and salt. Slowly add egg and milk until combined.

      3. 把麥麩、燕麥麩、細磨亞麻種子和

    細磨亞麻種子加入麵粉, 然後加入奶油拌均。

    3. Add wheat bran, oat bran, ground flax seeds and chocolate chips to sifted flour, and then stir into creamed mixture.

      4. 在冰箱靜置半小時。

    整形後,以190 °C烤至金黃色。

    4. Keep the mixture in refrigerator for about ½ hour.
    Shape the cookies and bake at 190 °C until golden brown.

    還有一種是利用冷水萃取咖啡的方式,
    稱之為"冷泡咖啡"。

    冷泡咖啡以冷水長時間與咖啡粉接觸,
    能夠萃取出圓潤、醇厚、濃郁的口感,
    冰冰涼涼的,非常適合熱天時享用。

    以冷水萃取為基本概念,
    市面上的冷泡咖啡方法五花八門。

    我們在這裡與各位分享可以在家裡製作、
    簡單又方便的"聰明冷泡咖啡",享受清涼好感覺。

    Iced coffee is a remedy for hot weather.

    Cold brewed coffee uses cold water, instead of hot water for coffee extraction. This method yields delicious, smooth, rich flavours concoction that is cooling and soothing, particularly during hot days.

    There are various methods in cold brewed coffee preparation. We would love to share with you a method that you can do at home easily and conveniently ~ the 'Clever Cold Brew Coffee' !

     
     

     

    所需器材:
    聰明濾杯和濾紙

    適合的咖啡豆子:
    中烘焙-深烘焙豆子,
    除非符合個人口味,酸度太高的淺烘焙豆子未必適合。

    Brewing equipments:
    Clever Dripper and paper filter

    Recommended coffee beans :
    Medium to dark roasted coffee beans, unless it's your preferred taste, light roasted beans with high acidity is not recommended.

     
     
     

    作法:

    一杯份建議量: 20公克咖啡粉,120-160毫升冷水

     

    1.將濾紙折好放入聰明濾杯,以室溫注水讓其貼緊杯身。

    2. 沖泡比例建議 1:6 或 1:8 ,可根據喜歡的濃度調整。

    3.將咖啡豆子細研磨,建議比濃縮咖啡用的研磨度略粗。

    4. 將磨好的咖啡粉倒入聰明濾杯,再放入量好的冷水。

    5. 攪拌均勻後,放上蓋子,置放冰箱約8-12小時。

    6. 把聰明濾杯取出,置放在盛器上,讓咖啡液流出。

    7. 可馬上飲用,或冷藏待用。建議冷藏不超過3天。

     

     

    Methodology:

    One cup suggested measurement:
    20g coffee ground. 120-160ml cold water

    1. Fold and place the filter paper into the Clever Dripper. Wet with room temperature water.

    2. We recommend brewing ratio of 1: 6 or 1: 8, adjust according to preferences.

    3. Grind the coffee beans, it is recommended to use grind size a little coarser than the espresso grind.

    4. Place the coffee ground into the Clever Dripper , then pour in the required amount of cold water.

    5. Stir well and put the lid. Chill in the refrigerator for about 8-12 hours.

    6. Take out the Clever Dripper, place on a container to obtain the coffee liquid.

    7. Consume immediately or chill for later use. It is recommended to keep not more than three days.

     
     
     
     

    冷泡咖啡濃度偏高,
    可加入冰塊、牛奶或少量糖漿飲用。

    溫馨提醒:長時間萃取的咖啡因量偏高,
    請根據個人體質斟酌飲用量。

    Cold brewed coffee is usually highly concentrated. It is suitable to consume with ice, milk and a little sugar syrup.

    Gentle reminder: Long extraction time may result in high caffeine yield, please consume with care.

    one whole day, a week or even a year.

    Just a little time, be focused, pour water, let the grounds bloom, pour water until desired volume achieved.
